Well, here speaks one ordinary Finn… Who must have been a Scotchman in one of his earlier lives. Because he still just loves Scottish bagpipe music! :-)

i must admit, watching that made me proud to be scottish!
i could quite easily have doned the kilt and danced along!
you cant beat the edinburgh military tattoo, you cant beat men in kilts and you most certainly cant beat the good old bag pipes!
im proud that these guys fought for us. theyve done us proud at war and theyve done us proud at home.
    well done boys.
same time next year? ill be there kilt in all!

I complain about nothing, I was at first merely paying tribute to magnificent musicians, and formidable fighting men whom I have fought with, and would stand along side in any battle, only to be criticised by some dimwit, (read below)

wait a minute, british are the scots too, its english, scottish, welsh, Ulster irish=british. you must admit that all countries separated are worth a lot, BUT, and heres the good part, ALL together we are formidable, we have already taken over the world before, the world knows the prowess of scottish fighters but also of english tenacity. you cant complain with that

This is meant to be a visual and audio experience and, as such, this is perfection. Please don’t muck it all up with political sniping.

With respect, glasswizzard: you might want to check your history before you spout off about the “British” being twats to the Scots for over a thousand years. It was the English, and it wasn’t anywhere near a thousand years. The Scots have done their fair share of self-destruction with civil war and inter-clan rivalry.

Of course the Scots are magnifecnt soldiers, they had to be with all the shite the British threw at them for over a thousand years, and now they form part of our Magnificent armed forces.
As an ex Royal Marine Commando, I had the privelidge at times to fight along side these lads, and they were second to none!!
as for the Music, I have mainly marched to Brass, but look at the total synchronisation on this vid, its immaculate, every drum club swirling at the right time. Respect to my brothers,
